Product Description

The VMC1370 three-axis, four-axis and five-axis CNC milling machine and CNC vertical machining center is a new generation of CNC machine tools independently developed and produced by our company after introducing international advanced technology. This machine tool is widely used in the processing of box-type, shell-type and disc-type parts in the mechanical manufacturing industry. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a cooling system.

Product Feature

1. The VMC1370 3/4/5 axis CNC milling machine is a CNC vertical machining center used for processing components such as metal processing tool bases, columns, spindle boxes, cross-slide worktables, and worktables. It is entirely manufactured using high-strength EPC forming technology, with a stable internal microstructure, ensuring high stability. The structure of the castings has been analyzed through machine dynamics and finite element analysis, which makes the geometric structure more reasonable and ensures the high rigidity of the basic components. The width of the machine base, the "L" shape box column, the widened extended saddle, the design of all supporting components, and the advanced design concept of composite materials mechanics ensure its ability to bear heavy loads.

2. The VMC1370 CNC vertical machining center has a high rigidity and high precision spindle: The spindle of Taiwan Chengzhi Company is 40-150 millimeters in diameter.
(1) The spindle motor transmits energy through synchronous belts, significantly reducing transmission noise and heat generation.
(2) The spindle uses precise Japanese NSK bearings, with high speed and high precision, with a maximum rotational speed of 8000 revolutions per minute.
(3) The spindle housing adopts a 1:1 weight balance counterweight, with more reliable and stable weight. When the spindle rotates at high speed, it avoids resonance phenomena, ensuring the best processing accuracy.

3. The high-quality five-axis vertical CNC metal processing machine in China uses the high-precision and high-strength ball screw from Taiwan Letai Company. It uses imported high-precision locking nuts, and the ball screw is pre-tightened, greatly improving the transmission stiffness and eliminating the influence of thermal deformation of the moving parts, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the machine.
